Step 1. Open Genshin Impact and click on “Forgot password?”

You need to reset your password before you try to find your Genshin impact username.

To get started, open Genshin Impact and log out of your account if are not logged out.

If you’re in-game, press “Esc” button from your keyboard to open the Paimon menu and on the left sidebar, you need to click on the exit icon.

After doing so, click on “Confirm” to confirm that you want to quit/exit the game.

Now, click on the exit icon available on the bottom right corner of the page.

In the end, click on the “Ok” button and it will log you out of your Genshin Impact account.

In the end, click on “Next” to verify your email address.

Step 4. Set a new password

After verifying your email address, it will take you to the “Set New Password” page.

Then, you need to create a new password for your Genshin Impact account.

There are two fields available on the page such as “New Password” and “Confirm Password”.

First of all, set a new password and put it in the “New Password” field.

Your new password cannot be the same as your old password.

After that, re-enter your new password in the “Confirm Password” field to confirm the password.

In the end, click on “Confirm” to reset your password for Genshin Impact.

Step 5. Open Genshin Impact to see your username
