3. In the Tree of Dreams, Talk to Aravinay.
4. After that, buy the “Tale of the Portent” blueprint with 1x Stories of You and the Aranara.
5. Reach the Blacksmith in Sumeru City and craft the Fruit of Fulfillment.

Recipe: 1x Midlander Catalyst Billet, 50x Crystal Chunk, 50x White Iron Chunk, and 500 Mora.

You have to finish the Aranyaka Part 2 World Quest to get the new craftable weapons in Genshin Impact including the Fruit of Fulfillment.

In addition, the next thing is to unlock the area where the Aranara sells craftable weapons.

The currency that can be used to buy the Fruit of Fulfillment Sumeru Catalyst Craft Blueprint is 1x Stories of You and the Aranara.

The Aranara who sells the craftable weapon is available in Vanarana (Tree of Dreams).
