Heely is another Hyena in ToF wielding a double-edged blade.

The costume he uses include a white jacket and mask and has red spiky hair.

You can find him in Heely’s Secret Base, northwest of the Seventh Day Forest.

You can access the base by using your jetpack to get over the gates.

Heely can be located against the gate of the base.

Hyena thugs and elites are also found roaming around in the same area.

The Fanatic is also located in the base.

Heely is very easy to defeat due to his low HP and armor.

After defeating him, you’ll receive the “Heely” achievement.

As a reward, you will also get EXP.
