• Complete the Sumeru main quest: Woodland Encounter.
• After that, complete The World of Aranara quest.
• Now, select the “Trees and Dreams” quest and select “Navigate”.
• Enter the small cave and walk all the way forward.
• Lastly, interact with the Tree of Dreams, Vanarana to unlock it.

After interacting with the Tree of Dreams, it will play a cutscene.

The next thing you need is 35 Dendro Sigil to unlock its rewards.
