• In the Small Stronghold east of Rusty Belt (near -783.9, 482.6).

Vharm the Sly holds a lighting torch and he is a Hyena with red hair.

You can find it walking around in the Small Stronghold east of Rusty Belt

Hyena thugs and the Treasure Guard, Essiewssor Disciple are also located in the same area.

You can defeat Vharm easily because he is a Hyena.

After defeating him, you’ll receive the “Vharm the Sly” achievement.

As a reward, you’ll also get EXP.
